任职资格：
1.北京顺义当地居民或常驻人口
2.年龄在30-45岁之间，
3.高中及以上学历
4.思路清晰，善于沟通
5.从事过清洁主管工作2年以上（管理10人以上团队），并具备专业清洁技能（例如刮玻璃，清洗地毯等），同时会使用各类清洁设备（例如地擦机）
6.基本的电脑操作能力（windows，office）
