Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Dealing inquiries from external and internal customers and to satisfy with customers.
Coordinate relevant department to have timely information flow.
Routine service engineer field working record and other relevant service document update on time, ensure data integrity related to tariff classification, value information.
Business order follow (Make quotation, service contract negotiate with customer, goods and service schedule, payment, AR).
Comply with company rules and regulations, assistant the whole team to achieve the company required performance.
Service report SAP input monthly.
Good team work, self - improvement and challenge constantly
Spare parts management.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
