Position Summary
• Provide installation, maintenance, service, and commissioning for the dispensing product in China
• Make the quality service to support the business development
• Provide the daily technical support and service activities to ensure the end user satisfactory
• Provide technical trainings to the customers
• Provide technical hotline for distributor and customer
• Can organize the work independent in a Home-Office
Responsibility:
• Responsible for installing a wide range of products and services that involve extensive customer inter****.
• Onsite support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, service independently
• Provide the professional service to ensure the customer’s satisfactory
• Manage daily hotline calls and ability to analyze the errors in a logical way
• Provide the training for the end user to ensure they can use the system properly
• Support the business activities when needed
Experience
• Experience with PC
• Experience with PLC
• Experience in driving technic/power unit engineering (motors and controller)
• Experience in field service
• Experience with hotline
Education
• BS or BA in electrical or Computer Science or some related work experience
• Good verbal and oracle English

• Mechanical knowledge, ability to do mechanical work (simple ones)
• Ability solves technical problems, find problems on a logical way
• Ability to communicate with people/customer (re**** by problems, training customer)
• Time flexible (sometimes working night and weekend)
• Can work autonomous
• Hotline support
• Preparedness to go to Germany for one or two months for training
• Ready to travel more than 50% of working time
• Can handle stress situations, ability to handle different things on the same time
