Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the Sales Orders Management
 Cooperate with inventory controller, marketing, logistic to fulfill the order on time.
 Make sure order contract documents are completed according to company requirement.
2. Responsible for daily shipment planning, coordinate warehouse and forwarder in order to finish the transportation plan in a safely and timely manner.
 Preparing production completion reports, packing list, invoices as delivery papers and notify packing container suppliers.
 Tracking for missed documents if any.
3. Take performance and quality records.
 Setup the product master data & product number in the system.
 Solve team work problem in order to improve efficiency and production output.
 Monitor documentation filling.
4. Keep close communication with consumers.
 Guide customer to fulfill order if necessary.
 Responsible for order changes.
 Reply to customer inquiry and complaints with great patients, good quality and on time
Requirement/Experience:
1. bachelors Degree or above.
2. At least 2 years’ experience in logistic /purchase or customer services.
3. Good English in both oral and written.
4. Good communication skill with customers.
