Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all marketing efforts to realize the fast growth of the business in local market. As a member of Greater China marketing, the role contributes to the strategic marketing direction and ensures local implementation. The role requires strong implementation, analytical acumen, customer-orientation, innovation, and collaboration. Strong desire and capability to learn new skills and implement them are a good indicator for the role since this role needs to manage professional and consumer marketing.
•Deliver the financial numbers including product sales, marketing budget and key metrics
•Execute local implementation plan based on growth strategy of the region which is aligned with country plan by working with regional and district sales managers
•Launch new products through deployment of sales tools, key message communication, holding launch events, monitoring and tracking performance
•Support customer marketing activities including practice marketing/management programs to increase customer utilization and consumer conversion
•Manage claims communication
•Monitor the use of sales toolkits
•Provide ongoing product training and support to sales team
•Assist to organize professional and consumer events including trade shows, forums, roadshows, campaign events, with responsibility ranging from logistics management to onsite support
•Monitor and report competitors activities
•Actively visit and interact with customers to obtain market insights and feedback

Education & Experience
•Proven track record with more than 3 years of marketing career from healthcare or consumer care industry. Medical Aesthetics or dental experience is plus
•Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural organization
•BA degree is must, any major, and MBA is a plus
Skill sets
•Good spoken and written communication skill with English
•Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs
•Able to travel abroad (more than 10% of working hours)
