POSITION SUMMARY
This position is assigned to provide supports in technology and application to our customers as well as potential customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist the pre-sales process by demonstrating the technical advantages of DS lab automation system to customers, field and distributor staff through seminars, webex and workshops
2. Work with marketing department and sales staff to ensure the excellent supports of DS lab automation system to our customers
3. Work with customers to fully understand DS lab automation system application methodology
4. Coordinate with LIS distributor to launch the communication between DS lab automation system and LIS
5. Act as a primarily technical resource for Sales and Marketing
6. Provide marketing department with applications advice and feedback especially first handing information of DS lab automation system, ensuring proper targeting of DS lab automation system to satisfy the customers’ needs and expectation
7. Resolve technical queries quickly and expertly, either by phone or visiting
8. Conduct the training of instrument, reagent and consumable systems to customers
9. Conduct workshops and highlight the technical advantages of DS lab automation system
10. Identify any adverse effects of DS lab automation system caused by using faulty reagents, the improper operation or hardware failure etc
11. Assist customers to use instrument and reagent efficiently and effectively to maximize customer satisf**** as well as DS sales
12. Conduct in-house training to Sales, Marketing and Supporting staff
13. Facilitate and co-ordinate the product trials

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Excellent scientific and operation skills in the areas of diagnostics, culture media, and lab automation system
2. Customer focus and good communication skill
3. Good English
4. Result oriented and self-motivated
5. Planning and organizational ability
6. Teamwork spirit.

DESIRABLE
1. bachelor’s Degree, major in Microbiology, Diagnostics, Clinical medicine or Bio Science
2. At least 2 to 3 years working experience as application supporting or lab technician.
3. LIS/HIS **** preferred.
