POSITION SUMMARY
Primary responsibility to sell reagent by working with current customers and develop new customers. Responsible for the needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, installation or delivery and post-sale services to a group of clients. Build and develop distribution channel in responsible areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieve sales target in responsible area and region
2. Build, develop and coordinate with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs.
3. Build up strong relationship with KOLs.
4. Prepares reports on market trends, consumer habits and competitive activities.
5. Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.
6. Calls on current and potential customers.
7. Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact.
8. Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.

1. At least 5-8 years sales experience in Pharma/Medical Devices
