1. Manage the sales activities to achieve the yearly sales target of the district, and monitor and analyze the sales data of local market
2. Direct the representatives to establish the profiles of the clients and maintain the relationship with the important clients (KOL)
3. Understand and communicate customer requirements and interact with customers, grow new clients as well as manage and retain the current customer base
4. Assist the RSM to manage the distributors, deliver the company’s overall strategies, and supervise, analyze and assess the performance of the distributors
5. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and AS to hold the existing markets and explore the potential markets
6. Increase sales by actively selling and developing tactical plans to maximize the revenues
7. Identify and report potential leads from other product portfolio.
