Cooperate with RSM/DSM to analyze regional sales and provide advice.
2.Distributor management
Supervise distributors’ sales and storage data.
Help distributors to build reasonable warehouse stock.
Educate and supervise distributors to comply with company policies.
Partner with supply chain team to guarantee timely and adequate product supply.
3.Marketing developing and Strategy program promotion
Develop plans for distributors to support hospital listing and Marketing developing
Measure and grade distributors’ contributions at Strategy program implementation
Strictly observe the provisions of laws and regulatory compliance, and follow company’s Code of Conduct.
4. Cooperation with DM and sales team to guarantee the tender success
