• Plan and perform studies for the development and optimization of raw materials and processes to be used in automated and manual immunoassays
• Independently design, perform, interpret and document experimental studies
• Participate in verification and validation of new and modified product designs
• Maintain well-organized documentation in compliance with relevant procedures
• Participate in identifying technical issues and recommend resolutions
• Support the transfer of processes into manufacturing environments and investigation of post-launch performance and/or quality issues
• Remain current on technical literature, internal policies and documentation requirements, and appropriate procedures for assigned projects
