Coordinate with Customer Service to support pre-sales and after-sales customers needs:

Co-work with R&D and Technical Chef to develop new products or adjust old product to optimize the product portfolio and choices to meet customer demands
Keep abreast of critical market trends, competition, customer movements in North China
Coordinate with Marketing and Technical Chef to provide efficient in-market support – strategy direction, marketing tools, event planning
Deal with Pricing & Sourcing to monitor raw material, packaging solution, etc. which meets customers needs and obtain the best interest of corporate
Customer service Follow up any rquest from customer
Pricing Coordinate a proper price for commercial contract
Sourcing Weekly or bi-weekly monitor raw material price and coordinate all necessary process eg packaging for product to launch
R&D Define new products or adjust old products to meet market/ customer demands and expectations
Finance Weekly or bi-weekly monitor pricing, DM, CM and sales performance
