Responsibilities：

1. Provides strategic leadership for planning and warehouse within business in the company. Aligns business needs with business and functional strategies.
2. Make department annual, seasonal and monthly working plan and ****ives. Make finance budget and monitor its using. Control department expenses to cooperate with the company to carry out budget management.
3. Establish and improve business process, management policies and carry out trainings and promotions to increase service and working efficiency.
4. Make department headcount plan and employee development plan according to business development, assign duties and jobs reasonably. Guide and cultivate belongs to improve performance and skills in order to build high efficiency team.
5. Guide and monitor planning supervisor to make monthly production main plan and seasonal macro plan according to monthly sales forecast. Coordinate warehouse departments to solve various problems happened.
6. Demonstrates adaptability for leading and working in diverse environments. Builds effective working relationships across functions.


Requirements：
1. Certificate：
Logistics related certificate.
2. Foreign Language Skills：
Advanced level of English.
3. Work Experience or Professional ****：
More than 8 years planning and warehouse management experiences, and more than three years pharmacy or medical devices international company logistics management experiences. Familiar with GMP, EHS requirements for warehouse management etc.
4. Education：
Bachelor degrees or above
5. Others：
Excellent leadership and coordination skill, familiar lean tools.
