G.China Laboratory Compliance Sales Manager
The G.China Laboratory Compliance Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of company’s laboratory compliance business across the G.China region.
This is a high profile thought leadership position within company. The successful candidate will have a balance of business awareness, deep laboratory compliance understanding and strong interpersonal skills.
This position requires someone who is dynamic, confident and comfortable discussing compliance detail and wider compliance requirements with people at different organizational levels. Sales experience is desirable, but not essential, as this will be a natural evolution for candidates with the right ****, experience and business awareness. The candidate will be a strong team p****, but can take a lead when required and will be a member of the Agilent global compliance team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for driving compliance business growth across the G.China region
2. Be the compliance point of contact for companys customers, marketing and the service sales team across the G.China region and take a lead role in developing the G.China compliance business plan
3. Understand customer laboratory compliance requirements and articulate the strengths of company compliance solutions against those requirements for laboratories in different industries
4. Develop and deliver laboratory compliance presentations, documentation and sales support material as required, which are aligned to and supporting of the company laboratory compliance solutions
5. Take a lead role across G.China in coordinating, structuring and providing the Compliance Team and the Solutions Unit with competitor, customer and regulatory feedback about laboratory compliance
6. Work with the G.China sales teams, supporting customer visits and sales opportunities, taking a lead role in compliance discussions and in identifying compliance training requirements for the sales force
7. Identify any potential gaps between customer requirements - expectations / company solutions, and work in collaboration with the customer to propose solutions, working with the wider company Compliance Team and the Solutions Unit as required
8. Own and Take a lead role in resolving customer compliance problems, particularly related to compliance implementation or service delivery problems
9. Deep knowledge of CGMP/GLP/CP/USP.
10.China pharmaceutical industry knowledge
The qualified candidate should possess the following
• Extensive experience in a regulatory environment for analytical instruments.
• Have direct hands on experience in a wide range of analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC and spectroscopy, and have laboratory management experience,
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemistry or related scientific discipline (a relevant Masters qualification or equivalent is desirable),
• Excellent understanding of laboratory instrument life cycles (such as calibration, repair, re-****, maintenance and qualification) in regulated laboratories,
• Deep knowledge of laboratory instrument calibration / qualification (e.g. DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ),
• Strong understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements such as GAMP in the Pharmaceutical industry,
• Experience of regulatory audits, such as the FDA, in the Pharmaceutical industry highly desirable,
• Experienced at using Microsoft Office software (particularly Word, Excel and Power Point),
• Good awareness of ISO 17025 is desirable,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good at listening
