Job Responsibilities:
1.Lead the monthly closing and year-end closing within finance team to meet the timeline of group reporting to HQ
2.Coordinate monthly and year-end reporting including financial statements, balance sheet reconciliation report and management reports other than analysis reports
3.Ensure adherence of all accounting standards/ practices and compliance of corporate policies as well as statutory requirements.
4.Formulate and implement policies to continuously enhance governance and control in the area of assets control, income record, disbursement, payrolls and cash management.
5.Act as an authority on US GAAP related accounting matters for the site
6.Coordinate and administer an adequate plan to enhance the internal control of operations including: expense budgets, cost standards, saving opportunities, and capital investing
7.Establish quantitative performance measures and provide the operating management with immediate and accurate information on a proactive basis.
8.Compare performance with operating plans and standards provide variance analysis reports and interpret results of operations to all levels of management, including the formulation of accounting policies, preparation of financial statements and operating data, the coordination of systems and procedures, and special reports as require
9.Monitor inventory levels and advise management regarding variances to budget

Job qualifications:
1.Experience with US GAAP and SOX requirements. Expert skills in all accounting disciplines, including financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, planning and forecasting
2.Familiar with China Taxes
3.Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple, ongoing projects, ensuring that they are implemented effectively within targeted timelines and costs.
4.Strong management and leadership skills to direct a professional staff, promote team effort and develop strong working relationships across functional and division lines.
5.Strong communication ability
