1. 医院筹建，搭建人员、体系、运营管理架构及参与并监督实施；
2. 综合公司现有健康医疗产品及未来医疗、健康、养老各模块业务相结合的思路，使之与医院建设相结合，既推进现代化医疗机构的建立，同时兼顾公司现有软件系统、硬件产品的落地和推广；
3. 管理医院各科室的日常运营工作；
4. 与集团健康产业事业群其它事业单元协作，全面发展建设大数据时代的现代化、数字化先进医疗机构；
5. 公司战略层面，产业相关的其它工作。
1. 年龄35-50岁，医学类相关专业本科以上学历，副主任医师以上职称
2. 具有三甲医院10年以上临床医疗工作经验
3. 具有5年以上医务部门管理经验，有院长工作经验优先考虑
4. 了解各专业基本医疗常识，熟悉医院诊疗流程，医师绩效制定评估，医师职级评定流程等管理制度，熟悉医师专业水平培训业务
5. 有较强的计划、组织、沟通、协调及公关能力，有先进的管理理念、开拓性思维、团队协作与敬业精神
6. 具备医疗机构推行ISO9000或JCI相关工作经验者优先。
