1．负责与国外医疗集团对接，参与新建医院的整体规划工作，其中包括临床业务规划和科室规划，制订可行性分析报告和商业计划书等项目文件；
2．负责建立医院各项医疗制度、诊疗护理常规、技术操作规程、医院感染管理等规章制度；
3．项目落地后负责医疗机构的专业管理或运营管理；
4．完成上级交办的其他工作。


1．统招本科及以上学历，临床、卫生管理等相关专业；
2．40岁以下，具备10年以上医疗运营管理工作经验，曾参与新建医院规划和运营管理工作，了解国家相关规定、审批流程。
3．优秀的英语沟通能力，熟知医疗行业英文术语。
4．具有较强的战略规划能力、沟通协调能力以及人际关系处理能力。
5．工作态度认真、谨慎，心理承受能力强；顾全大局，具有全局意识；善于团队工作，能促进团队协作。
