Main Duties:
• In line with product strategy & ****ives and assigned cycle or annual goals, to develop tactics adapted to own district/ territory and translate them into a specific **** plan

• Drive reps team to achieve or exceed cycle or annual sales targets through implementation of the district **** plan with allocated resource, promotion guidelines and company policy
根据所分配的资源以及公司的推广方针和公司政策,实施地区工作计划,制定并推动销售队伍完成或超越周期或年度销售目标
• Reports planning, collecting and follow up Budget planning and controlling
各类报告的计划,收集更改及执行跟进;预算计划及把控
• Regular meeting of the district and visiting Key Customers
地区周期会议的组织及大客户定期拜访
• Monitor, motivate and coach sales reps team
监督,激励以及培训指导销售代表的工作
• Follow up / manage district sales & Reps sales performance
跟踪/管理地区销售工作以及销售代表的销售业绩
Education/Training :
Bachelor degree or above
本科或以上学历
Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological and related **** is preferred
医学/药学/生物学等相关专业尤佳
Work Experience :
Preferably with about 4-5 years of work experience in sales of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry. At least 2 year District manager position experience
4-5年左右医药或医疗器械行业销售工作经验,至少2年的地区经理工作经验
Good knowledge of pharmacy market context
熟悉医药行业市场环境
