1. Define the overall strategy for China including
a. Target vaccine area
b. Clinical Development approach
c. Research agenda
d. Regulatory strategy
e. GR strategy
f. HR management
g. IT strategy
h. Finance and reporting
2. Ensure tight coordination with and reporting to key functions in HQ
3. Support day to day implementation of the strategy
4. Monitors execution of plans in each functional area


5. Ensure appropriate interfunctional collaboration is happening, focus on building a strong and resilient organization at all levels
6. Keeps strong contacts with key p****s on the market:
a. Regulatory bodies
b. Healthcare management authorities
c. Hospitals and big pharma entities
d. Relevant media, KOL

Expected Professional ****
• GM experience in China is and/or strong R&D building experience in Vaccine industry. The combination of both is even better.
• **** with start up is a plus as is a **** in biotechnology.
• The candidate must have experience in operating in a highly regulated industry leading a geographic entity while having to coordinate functionally with HQ.
• Some experience in western markets is a requirement.
• University graduate of Natural and Life Sciences, e.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or Chemistry
• English – fluent level, Desired: Chinese – intermediate level or more
