任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历、财务类相关专业；
2、8年以上财务管理工作经验，不低于3年酒店财务经理管理经验（必备）；
3、熟悉酒店内部工作流程，具有丰富的酒店财务管理、营运分析、成本控制等经验及技巧；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力、计划与执行力；
5、具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，为人踏实，责任心强；
6、身体健康，能承受一定的工作压力。
