任职资格：
1、全日制本科学历，财务、金融投资，经营管理类专业；
2、10年以上工作经验，具备多元化集团公司运营、财务高管岗位工作背景；
3、具备上市公司筹备阶段工作经历，具备投资公司大型项目实操经验；
4、情商高，优秀的沟通协调能力，人际关系处理能力，思维缜密，思路清晰，逻辑性强；
5、能够提出建设性意见，表达自己的观点，勇于担当，敢于负责。
