Position Summary:
The senior protein purification researcher will be responsible for developing various purification methods for RabMAb, antiserum and recombinant protein and trouble shooting for different problems happening in production process.

Essential Job Functions:
1.Purification scheme design for RabMab, antiserum, recombinant protein and other customer request purification, including method development, optimization, verification and process test.
2.Setup different purification method and new technique. Including AKTA, HPLC operation skill, be familiar with various chromatography technique and purification resin character.
3.Protein affinity purification, be familiar with different protein conjugation methods and able to design conjugation way according to protein character on different amino acid group and generate high efficiency affinity purification column.
4.Trouble shooting: give comments on problematic projects, improve yield, timely summarize the problems and analyse the reasons and give good suggestions on improving success rate and yield.
5.Communicate with team director about work plan and execution, help leader monitor the whole process and product quality, training technician with new technique to meet SOP standard operation.
6.Report to team director regularly the process and attend all kind of related meeting to solve problems with purification issue.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
·Rigorous academic trainings in biochemistry or related fields and ＞=3 years’ hands-on experiences in the study of protein purification and process optimization.
·Be professional on one type of protein purification theory and purification method HPLC， LC/MS/MS etc.
·Be familiar with purification equipment operating FPLC, HPLC, SEC etc and normal protein analysis methods, SDS-PAGE，WB etc
·Excellent reading and writing in English with good oral English
·Ability to logical thinking.
·Skillful communication with colleagues and teamwork guidance.
·Active and initiative work attitude for making progress relative independently.
·Strong willingness to contribute to bio-industry and help scientists discover more.

Education Qualifications:
·Above Master degree in life sciences required. PhD or Post Doc Preferred. Education abroad a plus.
