岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略及公司年度计划，协助总经理执行集团公司下达的酒店事业部年度经营目标；
2、协助总经理统筹集团下属酒店资源，确保下属酒店各项经济指标的实现，达成下属酒店稳定发展的目的；
3、负责洽谈及拓展国际酒店管理公司的合作；
4、负责公司新酒店项目的前期筹建筹备工作；
5、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、具备本行业战略管理能力;
2、良好的沟通与协调能力、学习与创新能力、敏捷的反应能力、良好的心理承受能力；
3、具有酒店管理、企业管理、公关关系、经济学等理论知识，擅长中英文书写、档案管理；
4、有国外同行业工作、学习背景优先考虑。
