岗位职责:
1.负责统筹酒店采购需求,整理酒店采购物品清单;
2.负责落实酒店相关物品的采购工作(供应商开发、合同谈判、市场询价比价、采购与到货情况跟踪、供应商资源管理及维护等);
3.按采购需求进行市场调研,做好采购成本、质量及交期控制,保证酒店筹备物资采购业务顺畅;
4.总部采购管控,完成采购流程文件编制。
任职资格:
1.全日制大专及以上学历;
2.5年以上国际品牌五星级酒店采购经理,或具备2个以上国际品牌酒店独立筹备采购和开业经历;
3.熟悉酒店物品招标、采购业务流程,有丰富的采购经验及供货商资源;
4.具备较强组织、沟通谈判和自我管控能力,严正清明的工作作风。
