岗位职责:
• Willingness to work as part of a team to deliver functional and suitable designs with new ideas or creative solution.
• Able to provide the ideas or concept design and schematic master plan
• Expertise on design development and construction phase and able to produce or review construction drawings.
• Has good knowledge of planting design and different spices.
• Present digital or hand rendered diagrams and analysis, illustrations and graphics for final report.
• Provide work in a timely manner with adherence to company standards and deadlines
任职资格:
• AutoCad, Photoshop, Indesign and Sketchup skills required. Rehino and other 3D skills would be a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills
• landscape construction detailing skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
• Possess strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
• Demonstrate creative abilities and applied problem-solving skills
• Strong abilities to work in a team setting
• Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate high level of professional maturity
