Product portfolio:
Develop strategies for the product, set ****ives and propose budget
Long Range Plan (LRP) (5 years)
Marketing Plan (annual)
Production Plan Reporting (annual with monthly update)
Cycle Plan (4x year)
Implement, monitor and control the marketing plan to modify / adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve sales ****ives
KOL management
Set up product training for sales force
Responsibility of A&P
Management / co-ordination:
Implement marketing plans and take ****s accordingly
Make sure to get external endorsement for the product
Manage budget within agreed limits
Work closely with Medical, Local Marketing, Market Research, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Communications, Manufacturing and external agencies in the development of product strategies and implementation
Make sure that sales force Reps get correct, sufficient and updated knowledge about the product and external environment
Collaborate with local marketing and sales colleagues
Market Intelligence:
Maintain product competitors and health care environment knowledge
Keep close contact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and update relevant information
Plan and implement marketing strategies for the product
任职资格:
At least 5 years professional experience in pharmaceutical industry on commercial positions
At least 2 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies, preferably MNCs
Logical thinking, strategic thinking, strong communication skills
Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking
Well known pharmaceutical MNC, business including primary care (CV, diabetes, respiratory, GI), specialty care (CNS, oncology) and consumer health (OTC)
