Responsibilities:
1.Manage the key and strategic clients and orders in the Protein Production Department, and cooperate and lead the cross-departmental projects
2.Provide technical solution to the project management and production teams, and provide guidance with strong trouble-shooting skills
3.Communicate with international clients in multiple ways including teleconference and email
4.Provide innovative internal R&D plans to the department and company regularly, and play key roles in the R&D projects of the company
5.Initialize the training plans of the technique and management participate in the training of the department and the company proactively
6.Communicate with the commercial teams to provide new service proposals and promotions investigate key technologies to boost the service performance
7.Involve in the management of the project management team and production team, and suggest optimization and improvement of the workflow and organization structure.

Qualifications:
1.Ph. D. with two years or Master degree with five years’ experience in biochemistry, protein science or a related field, oversea experience required
2.A thorough understanding and hand-on experience in recombinant protein ****, purification and characterization including E. coli, insect and mammalian systems
3.At least five years experience in protein science with demonstrated track record of technology innovation and process optimization
4.Playing a key role in scientific leadership, including study design, literature reference research, project direction, and scientific discussion
5.Multitasking, innovative, and result and detail-oriented
6.Proactively participating in collaborative projects
7.Bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong communication and inter-personal skills.
