岗位职责:
•Ensuring the design, development and delivery of effective territory management systems, tools and quality information(CRM &CLM tools and system).
•Establish correlations between best practices of Territory Management and Sales Results and communicate these to the sales management.
•Ensuring that relevant territory analysis reports are regularly provided to the GM, sales management.
•Coordinate with BUs to fine-tune system of sales operation for better effectiveness.
•Sales target al**** and tracking and regular performance report to GM, Sales management.
•Sales program development, implementation, monitoring and follow up.
•Communicate (promote) incentive scheme to sales force, actively seek feedback of incentive from sales force and management.
•Define reporting template and deliver regular incentive pay out and budget analysis, Refine pay out notification and validation process
•Sales force incentive calculation and pay out process coordination
•Coordinate and communicate with BU, Finance, HR, and other key counterparts for clear message delivery on incentive direction
任职资格:
Education:
•Bachelor degree
•Major in Statistics/Mathematics/Information Technology is preferred
Experience & knowledge:
•Minimum 3-5 years experience in MNCs
•Work experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or healthcare related industries is preferred
