SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop professional relationships with key physicians and health care professionals in China provide contributes to mapping/ profiling of KOLs in line with segmentation (tier1, tier2, rising star) and develop KOL engagement plan.
Provide medical and scientific support medical aesthetic initiatives relevant to XXX’s Breast implant aesthetic portfolio.
Provide training and technical support to aesthetic physicians including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aesthetic physicians and surgeons regarding optimal use of XXX’s products with regards to anatomy, analysis and aesthetics concepts, product knowledge, pre-operation measurement, and methodologies for assessing patient outcomes.
Provide ongoing product/scientific training & support in brand team activities (e.g. Marketing and Sales collaboration meeting) and supporting their responses to customer inquiries and questions.
Maintain key understanding of competitor products and innovation and trends in medical practice within the aesthetic field, and regularly communicate this information locally as well as to the regional Medical Affairs team.
By way of assisting in the output of publications, presentations and meetings making sure that key aspects of the safety, efficacy and quality of life benefits of Breast implant products are known to physician, medical community.
Provide support to Region Study Managers for phase IV and investigator initiated research studies provide advice and support to Clinical Development team as needed.
Implement medical programs and communicate medical information within compliance.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Doctor of Medicine
• 3-5 years’ experience in clinical medical practice
• Prior work experience in a pharmaceutical company or business environment preferred
• Experience with breast augmentation and reconstruction preferred
• Plastic surgeon/ physician preferred
• Professional demeanor and credibility
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence key decision makers ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Strong clinical, scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to understand and communicate clinical and technical data
• Strict ethics
• Strong presentation and teaching skills, and ability to share information with others
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal
• Strong team, planning skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a corporate / business environment understands the importance of meeting corporate goals with ability to anticipate and adapt to change
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point and other software skills
