Responsibilities:
1. Develop an intelligent system to collect market intelligence including competitors, global and domestic p****s, about their pricing and channel strategy
2. Work with RSMs (Regional Sales Managers) to collect customers’ opinions (buying behavior, criteria of purchase decision, pricing acceptance, product package, etc.) and identify new business opportunities.
3. Design, implement, and analyze a quarterly promotion plan for key product lines.
4. Identify target customer segments for existing and new product lines. Develop and execute a successful marketing strategy to increase the market share.
5. Establish an effective e-commerce and user-friendly website with strong scientific content.
6. Work closely with R&D and Production teams to manage the PDC (Product Development Cycle).
Education/Experience:
1. Master degree or higher in a life sciences discipline.
2. 5-10 years marketing or a combination of marketing, technical support, or sales.
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Proven managerial skills and leadership to lead a diversified team.
6. Solid understanding of web-marketing, e-commerce, and content marketing.
7. Good oral and written Chinese and English capabilities.
8. A self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and meet timely goals.
