岗位职责：
· To be a leader in provincial bidding and cooperate with functions in responsible area to manage province biddings to get good results
· To summarize & coordinate the bidding information
· To track and analysis local bidding policy and identify potential impact for business
· To coordinate & communicate with local workinggroup of RDPAC
任职资格：
? At least 6 years experience in sales and commercial division of the pharmaceutical industry
? At least 3 years experience in bidding or related field.
? At least 3 years experience in team management
? Experience in multinational company is preferred
? Strategic thinking with big picture
? Good policy sensetiviness and analysis skill
? Good collaboration, teamwork, and resource integration
? Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
? Persistent and good implementation skill
