Responsibility De****ion :
1.Support implementation of medical plan in conjunction with regional medical group and local business group
2.Give periodical or timely scientific advice to product management teams about Astellas products or potential competitors in the assigned therapeutic area.
3.Ensure high scientific value of PMS proposals
4.Design and write PMS protocol
5.Monitor the process and report writing in order to facilitate high quality results.
6.Review and approval of promotional materials and marketing statement in accordance with promotional code, legal aspects and marketing strategies
7.Prepare and carry out scientific training for sales force and engagement into training sessions for new employees.
8.Provide adequate scientific support to internal/external customers
9.Support to medical information group in the preparation of answers to medical enquiries
10.Support the development and maintenance of KOL relationships in assigned area.

Qualifications:
1.Medical or pharmacy ****, Master degree or above, relevant working experience preferred
2.Good English communication skills for daily work
3.Good presentation skills
4.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office software.
5.At least 3years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in medical affairs field.
