JOB PURPOSE:
To support Senior Medical Program Manager to develop, implement and ****uate nurse and patient education programs in alignment with BU marketing strategy at national level. Closely work with HE managers to support HE team to implement nurse/patient education and nurse/patient management effectively. And internal HE team scientific training according to competency model as well.
SUPERVISED RESOURCES:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Implement national nurse and patient education program with high quality and integrity with regard to speaker effectiveness, programming effectiveness, adherence to compliance policy
2. Establish strong relationships and work processes across internal functional partners, including brand team, medical, sales force, strategic marketing team, compliance and finance.
3. Integration of brand strategy and nurse KOL development ****ives into nurse and patient program speakers’ ****ion and training
4. Support budget plan and management for national/regional Nurse programs
5. Develop qualified program plan balancing standardization with customization
6. Leverage digital platform to enrich nurse/patient education programs to enhance impact.
7. Develop education materials and tools to support Nurse education.
8. Extend and strengthen relationship with key scientific societies to build variety of nurse and patient platform.
9. Identify and share key learning/best practices across regions
10. Partner with HE managers and DBU managers to ensure consistent and coordinated communications and effective & efficient implementation
11. Initiate internal HE scientific training system for different levels of HE according to competency model
12. Develop internal education materials
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Medicine or Pharmacology University graduate or above (MBA preferred)
Experience & knowledge:
Above 3 years working experience, at least 2 years related marketing experience
Core competencies:
1. Familiar with pharmaceutical industry
2. Rich experience in project management
3. Capability of building rapport with customers (especially key opinion leaders) as well as peers
4. Logical thinking, readily takes **** to exceed goals, good communication skill
5. Well traveled with regional exposure
6. Good English and computer skills
