服务于华东地区科研客户市场(科研院所及医院科研系统),提供给客户蛋白质研究工具和平台,主要为定制抗体服务,抗体芯片服务及目录抗体产品。执行营销政策,合理分配区域内目标工作量,保证实现本区域的市场占有率和销售目标及利润目标;
制定市场开拓计划,负责对空白市场网络的开发及品牌推广,制定并组织实施完整的销售方案;
管理区域销售人员的应收货款的回款情况,确保货款顺利回收;
积极进行市场调研,收集相关信息,进行市场调整,指导下属挖掘潜在客户,并对渠道开发情况进行跟进;实现公司市场占有率不断提升,并根据市场需求提出新品引进、开发等意见和建议,
根据公司销售部门的费用预算指标,严格按照费用预算指标达成销售任务,审核销售折扣,审核、控制销售费用,保证完成公司的销售费用控制指标
负责指导和提高团队成员业务能力,跟进销售计划的完成情况。定期拜访本区域的重点客户,随时了解客户及市场信息;及时处理异议和投诉,以提高客户满意度,建立长期、良好、稳固的区域客户关系;
负责组建和管理所辖区域市场的销售团队,对下属工作指导、培训并进行绩效考核,制定下属的考核目标并定期沟通绩效评估结果、提出改进建议,帮助下属员工提高工作能力业绩,增强团队凝聚力和合作精神;
1.MA/Ph.D in chemistry, medicinal, or related field. The MBA degree is a plus
2.At least 5-10 years experience in biopharma companies with sales management skills
3.Demonstrated strong leadership skills and successful BD experience
4.Excellent oral and written communication skills at making business presentations
5.Ability to interpret customer requirements precisely Proven ability to use influence and
persuasion to achieve desired outcomes in a matrix organization
6.Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
7.Familiar with China CRO and pharmaceutical industry keep an updated market
overview in order to identify innovative business opportunities
8.Understand basic financial and accounting terms
9.Ability to work independently, excellent team p**** and willing to travel
