The Process Specialist asists PQM Manager to provide, implement and maintain quality policy and processes in operation, that includes:

- Introduce the PQM processes from global.

- Organize and implement the internal quality review within Operation.

- Analyze, develop and review the quality related processes within Operation.

- Implemente the quality improvement cycle in production, including quality data statistic and analysis.

- Coordinate in operation for internal/external audit

- Support NPI in Operation from the aspect of quality.

Together with PQM Manager, Operation Director and Production Line Managers to set-up, define and maintenance the quality aim and task.
Organize and implete/review the regular internal audit (ISO, MDD and FDA) with in Operation and update the PQM sub-processes.
Timely complete the improvement ****s which fond and identified by all kinds of Audits.
Introduce, develop and update the PQM process from global, to maintain all kinds of processes relevant to production quality.
