Task and Responsibilities:
1.Manage projects in cooperation with other Project Managers as well as Product Managers (see also “Purpose of Function (Mission)” section of this document) in time, cost and quality in compliance with applicable internal and external standards and processes. Also manage projects in accordance with the Dräger global Project Management Handbook. The projects include but are not limited to concept projects, new development projects and NPI (new product introduction) projects following internal processes.

2.Coordinate cross functional teams within the Dräger Medical R&D organization, control, report and actively influence the project progresses and review, keep and archive records (eg. Project File, DHF, DMR).

3.Coordinate cross functional teams within the Dräger Medical functional organization (e.g. purchasing, operations, service), single site as well as cross-site, control, report and actively influence the project progresses and review, keep and archive records (eg. Project File, DHF, DMR).

4.Coordinate key suppliers for external development, supply or production functions as the key liaison of these external partners’ cross functional team to internal Dräger cross-functional team. Monitor the external partner’s development progresses and keep track of the records and deliverables from external partners.

5.Track and report the project status, ensure the process compliance and monitoring project risks and risk mitigation measures.

6.Collaborate with cross functional team members to ensure smooth transfer of project responsibility from R&D to LCE (life cycle engineering) after product launch (including stabilizing the installed base).

7.This role also may require managing several related projects in parallel

Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor/Master University Degree or equivalent in engineering/project management
Certification of PMP (Project Management Professional) or other project management certifications are preferred

Related Experience
1.5-8 years general working experience, ideally at least 1 year working experience for project management or related management tasks
2.Medical equipment/instrument working experience is preferred

Professional Skills,
1.Experience with medical devices in regards of standards, quality, reliability, approval procedures etc. is preferred
2.Good Mandarin and English verbal and written skills
3.MS project and office tools
