JD for QA/HSE manager
Responsibilities for the position:

Ensure that processes defined by the trade area in the overall QHSE system, are implemented followed up locally.
Ensure that necessary improvements are routed through trade responsible for further handling. Wherever local copies of Norsafe QHSE system has been established
Secure that changes in the overall QHSE system are adapted into the local QHSE system.
Report to local management, SVP QHSE trade managers on the performance of the QHSE system any need for improvements
Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the company organization
Follow up secure proper Claim handling according to defined procedure
Follow up secure formal closing of Non Conformities established at own company
Responsible for the company’s Health, Safety /Environment (HSE) System.
Ensure that the employer/ employees can comply with their obligations in accordance with /pursuant to internal procedures / the applicable local rules /regulations

Requirements for this position
Technician /engineer with heavy industry back ground, formal education may be compensated with extensive experience
Good experience in related ISO standards together with experience in working within Quality Assurance Health, Safety Environment
Good knowledge to rules / regulations, good communication skills orally / written English, thorough /accurate.
Well organized /have a systematic approach.
