Responsibilities:
- Perform studies and lead cross-functional teams for the purpose of continuous improvement in productivity and cost reduction.
- Define key indicators and make sure appropriate follow-up is accomplished.
- Provide tools and performance indicators for overall effectiveness, manpower and productivity meanwhile recommend appropriate action.
- Improve ergonomic and safety conditions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent analysis ability,communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of writing and speaking English.
