Job Responsibilities
* To improve reliability of machinery and provide technical support of sectors in the domains of :
- break down analysis
- Troubleshooting and maintenance
- Reliability and Durability
* To track relevant indicators of maintenance and costs, and influence their evolution
* Assist Rel. engineer to be involve with equipment evolutions (Modifications and New installations)
* Assist Rel. engineer to develop maintenance methods (CMMS, Bibsolv+, Predictive, …)
* To train operations and maintenance personnel on technical whereabouts
and methods (continuous training)，through the break down analysis.
* To propose the reliability improvement to engineer.
* To complete all training relate this post
Requirements
-experience for PLC Drive application;
-experience of DC/AC Motor diagnosis;
-Electrical drawing ( English)
-graduate from Technical College or above, Automation background
-with 3+ years automation maintenance experience
