Principal Accountabilities:
Become educated with Oracle and work as central BA to lead local deployment; Meet project Milestone for both Build and Deployment;
-Responsible for Date conversion activities, including business rule setup, data validation and final cutover;
- Responsible for local technical data collection for system configuration and prepare the test cases;
- Responsible for training to local users and being the point of contact for responsible module;
- Responsible for identifying and mobilizing the resources needed for CAT and LAT (Testing)
- Responsible for Change management for responsible module;
Key Qualities Required:
-Oracle knowledge or deployment experience is highly expected;
-Good communication skill and team spirit;
-Be able to adapt project environment, willing to travel frequently and work with irregular hours;
-Task driven and strong commitment;
-Good grasp of English, including listening, reading and writing;
Qualifications:
-Minimum colleague degree from Accounting, Business Administration or Information System;
-Minimum 5 years working experience;
-Communication skill, English Strong
- Technical good, Experience match(ERP R12 deployment, FIN)
- Travel Frequent
