In this role, you are a member of our team in Beijing. As a Product Engineer for Technical Support, you will be responsible for all the instrumentation installations and other technical supports.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• provide on-site installation and technical supports and remote technical support for designated product lines

• organise own time and work schedule to ensure support related projects are completed in a timely fashion

• test software patches, updates. and installation procedures prior to field release

• prepare reports showing monthly statistics and make such reports available to the manufacturers’ support department

• accept calls and process them through to closure ensuring all calls are logged in the helpdesk system in accordance with the Support SOP
• 回复技术服务热线并完成相关处理，确保所有的电话都应记录在技术支持系统中，并遵守公司的服务支持的SOP流程
• administer and update the support directories, both hard-copy and electronic versions
• 管理并更新技术支持目录，包括纸质和电子版
• prepare and update all support related documentation such as training manuals, user manuals etc.

• provide feedback to development and manufacturing teams via the appropriate channels (e.g. bug fixes, feature requests, change notes)

• adhere to the procedures detailed in the SOP for Support

Since the workload associated with customer calls will be very uneven, it is expected that the service engineer will if needed help cover other tasks in the company, in particular those relating to technical hands on assistance and product sourcing/assessment activities.
由于与客户电话相关的工作量是不确定的，所以在有需要的情况下，技术支持工程师也应当完成其他一些工作，尤其是那些与技术支持以及产品采购/评估方面相关的工作


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
基本要求/资质：

• Bachelor degree, or above, in electromechanical degree, with high level PC literacy, and have at least 3 years experience in supporting f electromechanical products
• 拥有机电一体化专业（或相似专业）本科学历，并有很好的IT技能；有至少3年以上技术服务工程师的经验
• Has good command in English comfortable with training and conference call in English
• 具有良好的英语水平；能够进行接受英语电话会议和英文培训
• enthusiastic and able to work to schedules and meet completion dates
• 对工作充满热情，能够在规定日期之内按计划完成工作
• Agreeable personality coupled with a confident and friendly manner
• 态度友好，自信，举止得体
• an ability to liaise with a wide variety of people on many differing levels including customers, fellow engineers, internal development/technical staff and fellow engineers/staff at other vendors

• excellent attention to detail and the ability to describe technical status/sitation, and present information used by others in an accurate and concise manner

• self-motivated with a willingness to work extended hours to see support calls through to completion

• willing to be away from home for multiple service visits；prepared to travel to areas out-side-of-China, sometimes at short notice
