Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:
To define, create and deploy engineering knowledge transfer plan, mainly training plan / 定义，创建，展开工程技术转移的计划, 主要培训计划。•
To play a leading role in the development of the knowledge transfer processes and templates for engineering / 在工程技术转移和流程和模板建立中起主导作用。•
To work with SAIFEI engineering each functional manager to review and continuously develop the knowledge training module topics and the training materials mainly for design and certification capability development / 与赛飞工程部各职能经理们合作，回顾和继续开发知识培训的话题和培训材料，主要还是以发展设计和认证能力为主。•
To commuinicate with functional managers to define each training objects, training materials approval and review responsibility and trainer / 与各职能经理沟通，定义培训的参训对象， 培训材料的审核和回顾，以及培训师。•
To work with functional managers on the overall knowledge training schedule / 与各职能经理一起定义培训的计划。•
To define the KPIs to monitor the knowledge transfer progress and set a regular review and report to management / 定义KPI来检测知识转移的进度并且定义定期的回顾和报告。•
To ensure installation, materials and other resources are provided for the knowledge transfer / 确保技术转移设施，材料和其他资源及时提供。•
To review and ensure all the knowledge content and format are proper / 审核和确保所有的知识内容和格式的正确性•
To update and report regularly the knowledge transfer progress to ensure the resource and support can be gained / 定期更新及报告技术转移的进程以确保取得支持及资源。•
To train employees to comply with knowledge transfer requirement / 培训员工以确保达到知识转移要求。•
To help knowledge transfer manager to establish other topics on knowledge transfer and management system / 帮助知识转移经理建立知识转移和管理系统中的其他事物。•

任职要求：
BS degree or above in Human Resources Management, Engineering Business, or other related discipline / 人力资源管理、工程学理学士及以上学位，或其他相关学科。•
3+ years work experience in related fields or industries / 在相关领域有三年以上的工作经验。•
Training knowledge experience / 具有培训知识•
Fluent English speaking / 英语口语流利。•
MS Office Proficiency / 熟练使用办公软件。•
Good team Spirit / 良好的团队合作精神。•
Excellent communication skills / 杰出沟通能力。•
Independent and high Motivation / 独立及主观能动性高。•
Aerospace requierments knowledge / 具有航空要求领域知识。•
ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 14001 knowledge is preferred / 熟悉ISO 9100， AS 9100 及ISO14001者更佳•
