岗位职责:
Role Purpose:
Provide senior medical support to product commercialization
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
1. Primary Activities:
(1) Exchange and dissemination of scientific, educational, and research related information:
· face-to-face communicate scientific data about GSK products and therapeutic area with indentified KOLs (national & regional) in a fair, balanced and ****ive manner
· responding to unsolicited KOL’s requests on topics of pre-launch product or indication, which is judged as necessary
(2) Organize / support / participate Medical education activities /Advisory Boards/symposia:
· Plan and organize Medical education activities with KOLs within their specific therapeutic area or product
· support / participate in advisory boards or symposia: agenda development, scientific materials preparation, presentation communication.
(3) Collect ISS ideas and facilitate ISS & phase IV set-up:
· Act as a point of contact for investigators to collect scientific ideas to address unmet needs
· Facilitate the interface with investigators and physicians for concept communication and ISS & phase IV approval
· Communicate and track the study progress and completion
2. Secondary Activities:
acts as a qualified field-based expert on disease and serve as a scientific resource.
· Provide scientific training to the corresponding GSK commercial team members
· Participate in corresponding commercial team activities to provide medical input (e.g. field MKT strategy meeting )
任职资格:
• Bachelor’s Degree in medicine, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in industry as medical scientific liaisons
• Ability to deliver effective presentations, facilitate group discussions, communicate and interact with a diverse group of individuals
